With version 4 the title has been changed from M98toBGL to MDLtoBGL to emphasise the fact that it is designed to work with the user designed .mdl files for all Windows versions of MS Flight Simulator.
The download package contains the MDLtoBGL, the AscEdit2 text editor, and CspAsmb.dll package which contains routines to assemble large area blocks (up to 2GB) when working with the stand-alone file sets, and the CheckMdl routine, together with help files for MDLtoBGL and the assembler.
The latest version of SCASM is no longer
available on this site, and the web page www.scasm.com appears to have closed, an
archive copy of that program can be found on www.globe.net.nz/~tdestig/scasm
